Steven E. Frohman is a professional speaker, consultant, and business owner. He is president of Applied Synergistics International, Inc., a business-consulting firm. His firm specializes in organizational effectiveness, leadership development and business process management.
Previously, Steve spent 23 years with IBM in various senior management and staff positions.
