Software Module

A key component of the Dimensional Job GradingTM system is its Dimensional Job AnalysisTM module. We primarily designed this module for organizations who are satisfied with their existing job evaluation system but require a more systematic, valid data collection tool and job documentation device. The user-friendly supporting software for Dimensional Job AnalysisTM allows easy, efficient input and summarization of the data.

The heart and soul of the Dimensional Job AnalysisTM module is its highly structured, comprehensive job analysis questionnaire. The JAQ has been validated, and its 70 task items typically cover 95% of the work performed by secretaries and administrative support staff.  Currently, we have four version:   General Corporate, Foundation, University/College, and Public School Systems.

The questionnaire contained in the Dimensional Job AnalysisTM module is fully customizable. A few key strokes and mouse clicks let you reflect the work and terminology of your organization. With flexibility like this, you are assured content validity and increased reliability. This customizable feature also strengthens the JAQ’s acceptance by your administrative support staff as well as that of management.

The Dimensional Job AnalysisTM component can be purchased as a separate and independent module of the Dimensional Job GradingTM system.  Specific  pricing is dependent on number of employees.
