WHO MOVED MY CHEESE?
A Way to Deal with
Change in Your Work and in Your Life
Based on the #1 bestseller by Spencer
Johnson, M.D.
Who Moved My Cheese? is a simple
parable that reveals profound truths about change. “Cheese” is a
metaphor for what you want to have in business and in life – whether
it's growth and success, a good job, a loving relationship, money,
or spiritual peace of mind. “The Maze” is where you look for what
you want – the organization where you work or the family or community
where you live.
|
When you come to see “The Handwriting
on the Wall” you discover for yourself how to deal with change so
you can enjoy less stress and more success in your work and in
your life.
This simple parable forms the
framework for a highly interactive and engaging workshop about
change that helps people and organizations see how they can thrive
in these changing times. |

 |
Our approach allows the participants to step outside of their own
fears and concerns about change, identify with one of the characters
and gain a new “Cheese” vocabulary that quickens the change process.
People then begin to see things differently and start to act in new
ways to help themselves and their organization adapt and succeed.
The message can be delivered in 90 minute, half-day, or full-day
formats. The longer formats allow for participants to engage in
planning for change activities specific to their interests and
organizational requirements. All formats use videos, animated
presentation graphics and engage participants in a very interactive
manner. |
